Affiliate Program Agreement

This Affiliate Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Coastal Tax Professionals ("Company") and the individual or entity applying to participate in the Coastal Tax Professionals Affiliate Program ("Affiliate").

By applying to or participating in the affiliate program, the Affiliate agrees to the following terms and conditions.

1. Purpose of the Program

The Coastal Tax Professionals Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to refer potential clients to Coastal Tax Professionals. Approved affiliates may receive referral compensation as determined and agreed upon between the Company and the Affiliate.

Participation in this program does not create an employment relationship, partnership, or joint venture between the Affiliate and Coastal Tax Professionals.

2. Affiliate Approval

All affiliate applications are subject to review and approval by Coastal Tax Professionals. The Company reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application and may remove affiliates from the program at its discretion.

3. Referral Compensation

Referral compensation will be determined and communicated individually between Coastal Tax Professionals and the Affiliate.

A referral may qualify for compensation only when:

Payments, when applicable, are typically issued monthly after services have been completed.

4. Qualifying Referrals

Coastal Tax Professionals retains sole discretion in determining whether a referral qualifies for compensation under the affiliate program.

5. Affiliate Conduct

Affiliates must promote Coastal Tax Professionals in a professional and ethical manner.

Affiliates are not authorized to provide tax advice or tax preparation services on behalf of Coastal Tax Professionals.

7. Confidentiality

Affiliates agree to maintain the confidentiality of any non-public information obtained through participation in the affiliate program.

8. Compliance With Laws

Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including advertising and consumer protection laws. Affiliates must disclose affiliate relationships when required by law.

9. Independent Contractor Status

Affiliates are independent contractors and are not employees of Coastal Tax Professionals. Affiliates are responsible for their own taxes and income reporting obligations.

If required, affiliates may be asked to submit tax documentation such as a Form W-9 before receiving compensation.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate participation in the affiliate program at any time. Upon termination, affiliates must stop representing themselves as affiliates of Coastal Tax Professionals.

11. Limitation of Liability

Coastal Tax Professionals shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages related to participation in the affiliate program.

12. Modifications

Coastal Tax Professionals reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

14. Agreement Acknowledgment

By applying to the Coastal Tax Professionals Affiliate Program, the Affiliate acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to this Agreement.

15. Referral Tracking

Coastal Tax Professionals may use various methods to track affiliate referrals, including referral links, referral forms, or client disclosure of the referring affiliate.

The Company retains sole discretion in determining whether a client is a qualifying referral.
